HOLA!!!!
This is going to be very short and I wish I could share more with you, but we have very limited access to the internet and everyone needs to email.
So... here's what's going on. On Wednesday, I missed my flight to Honduras because my flight from Dallas was late. After a lot of work and a very long and stressful day I got to San Pedro Sula around 8:00 Wednesday night. I got there and the Lord decided He was going to stretch me just a little bit more. My luggage wasn't there!!! As soon as I was finished reporting it I walked out and Christina, Crista, Elizabeth and Roberto were waiting on me. I began to cry. Seeing the faces and hearing the voices of people that I have only known for days but love so much was overwhelming!!!
Thrusday and Friday I worked with Anna, Jenny and Eric at Las Brisas teaching English to the children in school there! They are wonderful! They have so little but have so much life and joy! It was a very humbling experience for me.
Our translators (Erin, Issac, Santiago and Abraham) are AMAZING!!!! Isaac was so much help and the children loved him! Anna picked up the role of transaltor for us on Friday! She was awesome!
The Lord is teaching me a lot and I cannot wait to share it with you!!!!
Roberto quoted his favorite scripture and I am now praying and hiding it in my heart each morning. That it may become my attitude!!!
"But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me." -1 Corinthians 15:10
PS... It is Saturday morning and I still have no luggage and our whole team has lice. :)

I am so thankful that you are able to keep a positive outlook, despite the circumstances!! Only by God's help, I know. I pray that God will continue to teach you through this and speak to your heart with words of wisdom. I also pray that your luggage makes it to you!! What in the world? :) You are an amazing gal and I am so thankful that He is using you in Honduras! Cannot wait to hear ALL about it. Love you!
Have someone send you some vicks vapor rub. Rub it around your neck/hairline. Easy way to keep lice away. Praying for you. I'm sure you will be blessed as you bless others.
